摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of progressive muscle relaxation training on anxiety and pain after percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Method:A total of 90 patients who undergone percutaneous nephrolithotomy from July 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into experimental group and control group,45 cases in each group. The control group was received routine nursing after operation, the experimental group was received progressive muscle relaxation training on the basis of routine nursing, three times a day,30 minutes each time. Visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to assess anxiety and pain scores before and after intervention 1,3 and 5 d,the use of analgesic drugs postoperation and the first time out of bed between the two groups were observed.Result:Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of anxiety and pain between the two groups (P>0.05).The scores of anxiety and pain in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group after intervention 1 and 3 days, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After intervention 5 d,there were no significant differences in the scores of anxiety and pain between the two groups (P>0.05).The use of analgesic drugs in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the first time out of bed was significantly earlier than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Progressive muscle relaxation training can effectively improve the early anxiety and pain symptoms after percutaneous nephrolithotomy, reduce the proportion of postoperative analgesic drugs, and help to recover early after operation.关键词
