Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the quality of life in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Method:A total of 60 stroke patients with hemiplegia who received treatment in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30).The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing intervention on this basis.The quality of life, complications and nursing satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Result:The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant( x2=15.672,P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of observation group was 96.7%,and that of control group was 63.3%.The observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant ( x2=36.152,P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing intervention plays an active role in the quality of life of stroke patients with hemiplegia. On the one hand,it can improve the quality of life of patients and help patients recover.On the other hand,it can improve the occurrence of reducing complications and improve nursing satisfaction.The nursing method is worthy to be popularized and applied clinically.关键词
