Abstract
Obective:To explore the feasibility and influencing factors of remote follow-up in continuous nursing care of patients with benign breast tumor undergoing day surgery.Method:A total of 100 patients with benign breast tumors underwent minimally invasive surgery in our hospital from October to December 2017 were selected by convenient sampling method.Referring to Juan Jose Segura-Sampedro Satisfaction Questionnaire,"Feasibility of long-distance follow-up of patients with benign breast tumors during daytime surgery" questionnaire made by ourselves,on-the-spot investigation and "Postoperative symptoms of patients with benign breast tumors after daytime surgery" questionnaire made by ourselves were carried out using the Weixin platform.Result:The top three in the feasibility survey were:patients with smart phones,patients with mobile phone network functions and remote follow-up saving medical expenses,all of which were 100%.100 patients were followed up remotely, 67 cases(67%) were successful,and 33 cases(33%) failed,univariate analysis showed that the success rate of remote follow-up was not related to the number of lesions and tumor diameter(P>0.05),but related to age, marital status and educational level(P<0.05).The top three discomfort symptoms were pain in incision,itching and poor sleep.Conclusion:Remote follow-up of patients with benign breast tumors during day surgery is feasible, there are influencing factors in the implementation process.patients have different types of discomfort on the day of surgery and on the first day,so it is necessary to carry out remote follow-up.关键词
