Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation between the time of electrocardiographic QRS wave and the prognosis of patients with acute heart failure.Method:201 patients with acute heart failure treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2016 were divided into observation group of 110 cases and control group of 91 cases according to the time limit of QRS wave.The QRS value of the observation group was more than 120 ms, and the control group was QRS<120 ms.At the time of discharge,cardiac function,left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and prognosis in 1 year were recorded,including relapse or death.Result:There was a significant difference in the incidence of coronary heart disease and dilated cardiomyopathy in the two groups(P<0.01);the incidence of Killip grade Ⅰ in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group, while the incidence of grade Ⅱ,Ⅳ and Ⅳ were lower than those of the observation group(P<0.05);the LVEF value of the patients in the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);but the incidence of endpoint events in 1 year of observation group was 33.64% higher than that of the control group, and the recurrence rate was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The LVEF value of patients with QRS time limit of electrocardiogram(ECG) is lower than that of 120 ms,and the incidence of cardiovascular endpoint events is increased.The QRS time limit of ECG in patients with acute heart failure is poor.Therefore,the evaluation value of the QRS time limit on the prognosis of patients with acute heart failure is valued.关键词
