Abstract
Objective:To analyze the value of ultrasonic imaging in qualitative diagnosis of thyroid nodules. Method:126 patients in our hospital from June 2017 to March 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group,63 cases in each group.The patients in the study group were examined with elastography,while the patients in the control group were examined with conventional ultrasound.The sensitivity,specificity,accuracy, quality of life score and satisfaction of the family and patients were compared between the two groups.Result:The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the patients in the study group were 80.9%,79.3% and 82.5% respectively, and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of quality of life,the social function,body function,role function and cognitive function score of the patients in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). In terms of satisfaction,the patients' satisfaction rate was 96.8% in the study group and 81.0% in the control group, the satisfaction of family members was significantly higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The qualitative diagnosis of ultrasonic imaging in patients with thyroid nodules has a better effect and higher application value.关键词
