不同浓度的完全弗氏佐剂影响大鼠疼痛行为的观察
Observation of the Effect of Different Concentrations of Complete Freund's Adjuvant on Pain Behavior in Rats

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of injurious stimulation of different intensity produced by injecting different concentrations of CFA into the left hind paw on pain emotion and pain perception response in rats. Method:Behavioral testing of conditioned place avoidance(CPA) induced by formalin has recently been used to assess pain emotion response.In this study,another inflammatory pain substance CFA was injected in the left hind paw of rats to produce persistent inflammatory pain,and the rats were induced to produce conditioned place avoidance reaction(C-CPA).Rats were divided into normal(Naive) group,normal saline(NS) group,1/5 CFA group,1/3 CFA group,and 1/2 CFA group according to subcutaneous injection of different concentrations of CFA in the rat's paw.Then the thermal withdrawal paw latency(PWL) and C-CPA response of every group rats were tested.Result:The incubation period of thermoplastic foot of 1/3 CFA group and 1/2 CFA group after matching were significantly reduced,that is,the pain threshold was decreased,and the difference between the two groups before and after matching was statistically significant compared with the saline group(P<0.05);the 1/3 CFA group decreased less than that of the 1/2 CFA group(P<0.05).The duration of pain side stay in the 1/2 CFA group was significantly shortened after matching, and the avoidance score was statistically significant compared with that in the saline group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The extent of PWL response and CPA response induced by CFA was related to the injection concentration of CFA, and it was confirmed from the behavior that different mechanisms exist for the generation of pain emotion and pain perception.关键词
