Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Edaravone combined with early microporous surgery on elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage and the effects on the serum levels of IL-6,IL-1 and TNF-α.Method:A total of 110 elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were selected,they were divided into control group and study group,according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with Edaravone,and the study group applied Edaravone combined with early microsurgery.The treatment effect,the ADL score and GCS score,the serum levels of IL-6, IL-1,TNF-α of the two groups were compared.Result:The total treatment efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,IL-1 and TNF-α were compared between the two groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the serum levels of IL-6,IL-1 and TNF-α were significantly improved in the study group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the ADL and GCS scores of the two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05); after treatment,the ADL and GCS scores of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Edaravone in elderly patients with cerebral hemorrhage should be combined with early microsurgery,on the one hand,it can improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the level of inflammatory factors in serum;on the other hand,it can reduce the risk of adverse reactions and improve the ADL and GCS scores of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
