Effects of Different Methods of Uterine Operation on Ovarian Function in Fertility Women with Reproductive System Diseases Undergoing Surgical Treatment

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of different methods of uterine operation on ovarian function in fertility women with reproductive system diseases undergoing surgical treatment.Method:A total of 100 fertility women with reproductive system diseases undergoing different methods of uterine operation in our hospital from September 2013 to October 2017 were selected.The levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),endothelin-2 (ET-2),antimiillerian hormone(AMH) were measured before operation and 6 months after operation,and the climacteric symptoms such as hot flashes were evaluated.The failure of ovarian function in patients before and after surgery was evaluated,the level of AMH in patients of different ages,surgical procedures and surgical approaches were observed.Result:There were no ovarian failure in 100 patients before and after operation.The level of AMH in patients aged 40 and below before and after operation was compared,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05),the level of AMH after operation in patients over 40 years old was lower than that of before operation (P<0.05),and the older the age,the lower the level of AMH before and after operation.The level of AMH in myomectomy and subtotal hysterectomy patients before and after operation were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the level of AMH in patients after hysterectomy and extensive hysterectomy were lower than that of before operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients undergoing myomectomy,the level of AMH in patients before and after laparoscopy and laparotomy were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),patients undergoing hysterectomy,the level of AMH after laparoscopic surgery was lower than that of before operation(P<0.05),the level of AMH in patients before and after laparotomy was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Patients who undergo uterine surgery because of reproductive system diseases do not have ovarian failure in the short term,the decrease of ovarian reserve function after hysterectomy may be related to age,hysterectomy method and approach.关键词
