摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Ropivacaine concentration on brachial plexus block under B-mode ultrasound guidance.Method:84 patients with brachial plexus block guided by B-ultrasound in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2018 were randomly divided into three groups according to the different concentrations of Ropivacaine,28 cases in each group,0.375% in group A,0.500% in group B,and 0.750% in group C,the anesthesia effect, the onset time, analgesic situation and so on were compared among the three groups.Result:The good rate of anesthesia in group A,B and C were 96.43%,96.43% and 100%,respectively, there was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05).The onset time of anesthesia in group A was (7.92±1.31)min,group B was (7.73±0.94)min,group C was (7.68±1.01)min,group C was slightly shorter, but there was no significant difference among the three groups(P>0.05).The duration of analgesia in group A was (574.5±45.3)min,group B was (631.2±39.7)min,group C was (835.4±40.9)min,group C was significantly longer than group A and B,there was significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05);the recovery time of motor block in group A was (7.3±1.1)h,group B was (8.1±1.4)h,and group C was (11.3±2.0)h,there was significant difference among the three groups(P<0.05);there was no significant difference among the three groups in the incidence of adverse reactions such as dyspnea, chest tightness, bradycardia and other adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:Three kinds of ropivacaine can achieve good effect of brachial plexus block, but the 0.375% concentration is fast, the analgesia is good, the recovery is fast after operation, and the clinical use is more advantageous.关键词
