碳酸司维拉姆应用于慢性肾功能不全合并高磷血症对患者血磷、血钙及炎症反应的影响
Effect of Sevelamer Carbonate on Serum Phosphorus,Calcium and Inflammatory Reaction in Patients with Chronic Renal Insufficiency and Hyperphosphatemia

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of Sevelamer Carbonate on phosphorus,calcium and inflammatory reaction in patients with chronic renal insufficiency and hyperphosphoremia.Method:A total of 108 patients with chronic renal insufficiency and hyperphosphatemia from January 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,54 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment first,while control group was given Calcium Carbonate treatment in addition to the basic treatment,the observation group was given Sevelamer Carbonate in addition to the basic treatment.1 month after treatment,the levels of serum phosphorus,serum calcium,total parathyroid hormone and inflammation(CRP,β2-MG) were compared between the two groups. Result:After treatment,the serum phosphorus levels of two groups were lower than those of before treatment,and the observation group was lower than of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment,the blood calcium level of control group were higher than those of before treatment and observation group,and the whole parathyroid hormone were lower than those of before treatment and observation group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but the observation group were compared with before treatment,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum CRP andβ2-MG in two groups were lower than those of before treatment,and observation group were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Stevenram Carbonate Tablets used in chronic renal insufficiency with hyperphosphatemia,can significantly reduce serum phosphorus levels, improve the degree of inflammatory reaction,and does not affect the level of serum calcium and total parathyroid hormone, and is of great significance in the prevention of vascular calcification in patients with hyperphosphatemia.关键词
