Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of continuous nursing intervention on urinary retention and self-care ability of patients after radical operation of cervical cancer.Method:A total of 76 patients with cervical cancer who undergone radical operation in our hospital from December 2015 to August 2017 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into study group and control group, 38 cases in each group.The study group was given continuous nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing, the control group was only given routine nursing.The postoperative urinary retention, incidence of incision infection and abdominal distention after discharge 6 months,recovery time of sexual life and self-care ability before and after nursing between the two groups were compared.Result:The postoperative urinary retention,the incidence of incision infection and abdominal distension after discharge 6 months and the time of sexual life recovery in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the scores of self nursing skills, self nursing responsibility, self-concept and health knowledge level between the two groups before nursing (P>0.05).After nursing,the above indexes scores of the two groups were significantly increased,and the study group were significantly better than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of continuous nursing intervention to the radical operation of cervical cancer is significant,it can effectively reduce the occurrence of urinary retention,improve the ability of self nursing and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
