Abstract
Objective:To observe the incidence of adverse reactions of live attenuated Japanese encephalitis vaccine, and explore the effect of intensive nursing intervention before and after vaccination. Method:A total of 3 156 children who received live attenuated Japanese encephalitis vaccine in our Vaccination Clinic of CDC from January 2016 to December 2016 were set up as the study group,and 3 154 children who received live attenuated Japanese encephalitis vaccine in our Vaccination Clinic of CDC from January 2015 to December 2015 were set up as the control group.The control group was given routine nursing, the study group was given intensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The incidence of inoculation reactions and the satisfaction of parents to vaccination between the two groups were compared.Result:The incidence of inoculation reaction in the study group was 3.17‰ and that in the control group was 22.19‰ respectively.The incidence of inoculation reaction in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( χ2=4.509,P=0.034).The satisfaction degree of parents to vaccination in the study group was 97.47%,which was significantly higher than 85.61% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( χ2=286.416,P=0.000).Conclusion:It is very important to monitor the vaccination response of live attenuated Japanese encephalitis vaccine,and the application of intensive nursing intervention in inoculation can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reaction and improve the satisfaction of parents.It has high clinical value and is worthy of popularization and application.关键词
