Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical effects of TCM dialectics in the treatment of gynecologic irregular menstruation.Method:80 patients with irregular menstruation of reproductive age who visited our hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were selected,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with dialectical Chinese medicine. The short-term curative effect,long-term menstrual cycle,TCM syndrome score,serum sex hormone levels, adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 80.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Both groups had more effective menstrual cycle days after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05), and the observation group had more menstrual cycle days than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes such as lumbosacral aches,fatigue,fatigue,lazyness and five upset fever after treatment in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of various TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LH,FSH,E2in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the serum sex hormone level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%,lower than 22.50% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with gynecologic irregular menstruation,the application of TCM dialectics to treat patients has significant short-term efficacy, which can effectively relieve the symptoms of patients and regulate the level of sex hormone secretion,it is beneficial to improve the long-term menstrual cycle and gradually restore menstrual status,normal,safe and reliable,can reduce adverse reactions.关键词
