社区干预对冠心病PCI术后患者生存质量的影响研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of community intervention on the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Method:A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease after PCI in our hospital and the community center of the medical association of China from October 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the study objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and intervention group,60 cases in each group.The intervention group was given a unified comprehensive community intervention.1 year later,the quality of life was assessed with Simple Health Scale (SF-36) and the incidence of major adverse cardiac events (MACE) between the two groups were observed.Result:After follow-up 1 year,the scores of physiological role,physiological function,emotional function,social role,physical pain,vitality, mental health and general health in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in angina pectoris and target vessel remodeling between the two groups (P>0.05);but the incidence of MACE in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant ( χ2=4.227, P=0.040).Conclusion:Community intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI and reduce the incidence of MACE.关键词
