Progress in Diagnosis and Treatment of Severe Infection Complicated with Thrombocytopenia by Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract
Severe infection is a serious threat to human life and health in clinical,due to the abuse and misuse of antibiotics,drug-resistant bacteria are constantly evolving and upgrading,and it is still a long way to go for humans to fight against severe infections.Traditionally thought,platelet mainly participates in the body's hemostasis and coagulation process and the maintenance of the integrity of the capillary wall,thrombocytopenia caused by severe infection increases the risk of bleeding in the patient.With the indepth study of severe infection in recent years,the immune effect of platelet mediated in severe infection has been gradually recognized.In addition,the unique advantages of traditional Chinese medicine have attracted more and more attention from all over the world,the use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of severe infection and thrombocytopenia is becoming more and more important.In this paper,the etiology and pathogenesis,clinical manifestation,Chinese and western medicine treatment of severe infection with thrombocytopenia are reviewed in order to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
