Abstract

Objective:To explore the application of exhaled nitric oxide concentration in the diagnosis and treatment of infantile wheezing disease and its impact on the prognosis quality of children.Method:A total of 60 cases of bronchiolitis and 60 children with asthma who were treated in our hospital from January to December 2016 were selected as the study group.60 normal infants were selected as the control group.They were tested by exhaled nitric oxide.The levels of nitric oxide (FeNO) TPTEF/TE,VPTEF/VE,life quality scores before and after treatment were observed and compared.Result:Before treatment,the quality of life scores of the asthmatic group and the bronchioli group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the quality of life scores of the asthmatic group was lower than that of the bronchioli group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life between the asthmatic group and the bronchioli group(P>0.05).Before treatment, the levels of FeNO in asthma group and bronchioli group were significantly higher than those in control group,TPTEF/TE and VPTEF/VE were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the levels of FeNO in asthma group were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FeNO decreased significantly,TPTEF/TE and VPTEF/VE increased significantly in asthma group and bronchioli group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The detection of exhaled nitric oxide concentration in the diagnosis and treatment of infantile wheezing disease is more applicable,less limited, and the prognosis quality of children is high.The detection of exhaled nitric oxide concentration is a simple and effective detection method.It is worth further promotion and adoption in clinical practice.
