Application Value of Color Doppler Ultrasound in Differential Diagnosis of Benign and Malignant Breast Tumors

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.Method:60 cases of breast tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected for color Doppler ultrasonography to determine the nature of the tumor.Based on the pathological results,the accuracy of the results of color Doppler ultrasonography were evaluated and analyzed.Result:Among the patients in this group,15 cases were confirmed as malignant tumor and 45 cases were confirmed as benign tumor.14 malignant tumors and 46 benign tumors were detected by color Doppler ultrasonography,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The ultrasonographic images of malignant tumors showed blurred boundaries,irregular shape,significant blood flow signals,mixed internal echoes,and other signs of skin infiltration.The ultrasonography of benign tumor showed that the mass was oval or round,with clear boundaries and smooth surface,with obvious envelop and obvious hypoecho inside,the echo was even.Conclusion:The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasonography in breast tumors is high,and its clinical value is remarkable.关键词
