摘要

Abstract

Objective:To observe renal regional tissue oxygen saturation(RrSO2) value in healthy infants.Method:A total of 90 healthy infants weighing less than 10 kg were selected,according to age and gestational age,they were divided into full-term newborn group,preterm infant group and infant group,30 cases in each group.The RrSO2 value was determined by near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS),and the average value of 10 consecutive measurements was normal RrSO2value.Result:The value of RrSO2 in 90 children at rest was(77.25±6.67)%,of which male(77.77±6.35)% and female(76.69±7.03)%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The value of RrSO2 in preterm infant,full-term newborn and infant groups were (79.61±5.64),(78.78±7.81),(73.38±4.49)% respectively,the infant group was lower than that of preterm infant and full-term newborn groups(P<0.05),the preterm infant group was compared with full-term newborn group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).RrSO2 was negatively correlated with weight and distance from kidney to body surface(r=-0.358,-0.358,P=0.001,0.001),but no correlation with gender (r=-0.105,P=0.323).Conclusion:The normal RrSO2 value of healthy infants at rest was(77.25±6.67)%, and the RrSO2 value of infants within 10 kg was negatively correlated with body weight and the distance from kidney to body surface.
