Clinical Efficacy and Adverse Reactions of Levofloxacin Combined with Ceftazidime in the Treatment of Urinary Tract Infection

Abstract
Objective:To analyze and observe the clinical effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions of Levofloxacin+Ceftazidime in the treatment of urinary tract infection.Method:A total of 78 patients with urinary tract infection were selected and divided into two groups by double-blind method.Levofloxacin was used in the control group and Levofloxacin+Ceftazidime were given in the observation group,the clinical effect of two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group(94.87%) was higher than that of the control group(69.23%),and the recovery time of symptoms such as urgency,pain,bacteria and body temperature of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levofloxacin+Ceftazidime can significantly improve clinical efficacy and reduce adverse reactions in the treatment of urinary tract infection, which is better than single drug use.It has a clinical promotion value.关键词
