摘要

Abstract

Objective:To investigate the significance of frequency-domain optical coherence tomography (OCT) in the examination of macular degeneration before phacoemulsification.Method:A total of 160 patients with phacoemulsification and occlusion surgery in our hospital from October 2015 to September 2016 were selected for clinical study (the degree of crystal opacity was less than C3N3P3).All patients underwent macular OCT and fundus photography before surgery.Statistical frequency domain OCT detection rate of macular diseases, access to OCT images;statistical detection of fundus photophobia macular disease detection rate,compared two inspection methods in the detection of macular degeneration before cataract.Result:All results were based on the results of surgical pathology.The coincidence rate of frequency-domain OCT for maculopathy was 98.83%,and the coincidence rate of digital dilated fundus photography was 87.50%.The consistency rate of two examination results was 91.30%.The thickness of patients with macular lesions was significantly higher than that of patients without lesions,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:OTC phacoemulsification with macular degeneration in cataract patients has a higher sensitivity and can show different macular edema.It is recommended as a routine preoperative examination.
