Distribution and Drug Resistance Analysis of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa in Shenyang Teaching Hospital from 2015 to 2017
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the distribution and the drug resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and to provide the evidence for rational selection of antibiotics in clinical practice.Method:The distribution of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from various clinical specimens was retrospectively analyzed.Result:The specimens were mainly obtained from the sputum,accounting for 94.86%.Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolates were primarily from the Department of Respirtory,accounting for 26.88%.Pseudomonas aeruginosa had the best sensitivity to Polymyxin B,followed by Ciprofloxacin.Conclusion:In our hospital,Pseudomonas aeruginosa infected the upper respiratory tract mainly,at the same time could cause multiple site infection.It is necessary to standardize the clinical medication,strengthen the monitoring of pseudomonas aeruginosa resistance and control infection effectively.关键词
