摘要
Abstract
Although the pathogenesis of intracranial aneurysms remains unclear, the hemodynamic changes and inflammation may play an important role in the evolution process of intracranial aneurysms. The degeneration of aneurysmal wall is the final common pathway of various influencing factors. Currently clinical evaluation methods, such as computed tomography angiography, magnetic resonance angiography, digital subtraction angiography, which are based on the imaging of blood flow, can not reflect the architectural details of aneurysm wall. In recent years, with the development of magnetic resonance equipment and field strength, as well as molecular contrast agents, high resolution magnetic resonance imaging (HR-MRI) plays an increasingly important role in evaluating vascular inflammation and nourishing vascular proliferation. This article reviewed the progress of HR-MRI was applied in assessing the risk of intracranial aneurysms rupture.关键词
