Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of auto-transplantation of granulated orbital septum fat for correction of tear trough deformity. Methods From October 2015 to October 2017, 60 patients with pouch, tear trough deformity and lower eyelid skin relaxation were selected in this study. The orbital septum fat was released and removed by lower eyelid myocutaneous flap, and then was transplanted into tear trough after being cut into tiny particles. The excess skin and musculi dormitator were removed after transplantation. Results All patients were followed up for 6 months. Except for one patient who had been filled twice due to the deficiency of orbital septum fat, all eyelid pockets disappeared, the tear tough and the surrounding wrinkles were improved in appearance, and the lower eyelid area was flat and tight, without bump and no touch of nodules. Conclusion Transplantation of granulated orbital septum fat has satisfactory effect for correction of tear trough deformity and lower eyelid skin relaxation in pouch patients, the survival rate of fat is high. The operation is worth popularizing.关键词
