Abstract
Objective：To explore the effect of extended nursing on improving the quality of life of patients after radical operation of cervical cancer. Method：A total of 88 patients with cervical cancer who undergone radical operation in our hospital from May 2015 to November 2017 were selected as the study objects. According to the order of admission treatment，they were divided into routine group and intervention group，44 cases in each group. The routine group was performed routine nursing，the intervention group was performed extended nursing. The psychological status，quality of life score at discharge and after discharge 6 months and nursing satisfaction between two groups were compared. Result：At discharge，there were no significant differences in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups（ P>0.05）；after discharge 6 months，HAMA and HAMD scores in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the routine group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.At discharge，there was no significant difference in the quality of life score between two groups（ P>0.05）；after discharge 6 months，the quality of life score of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the routine group，the difference was statistically significant（ P<0.05）.After nursing，the nursing satisfaction degree of intervention group was 93.18%，which was significantly higher than 68.18% of routine group，the difference was statistically significant（x 2=6.481 5，P=0.011 0）. Conclusion：Extended nursing for patients undergoing radical operation of cervical cancer relieves depression and anxiety negative psychology，improves the quality of life，greatly improves the satisfaction degree of nursing，has significant nursing effect and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
