自发性脑出血致脑死亡器官捐献供体脏器功能维护71例总结
Maintenance of 71 brain dead organ donation donors caused by spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics and organ maintenance method of brain dead organ donation donors caused by spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The clinical data of 71 brain dead organ donation donors caused by spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital from March 2015 to June 2018 was retrospectively analyzed,then summarized the characteristics and treatment methods of the donors.Results 67 donors completed organ donation from the 71 cases,4 cases were unable to donate due to sepsis.The kidney of 5 cases were discarded because of high creatinine value and irreversible lesions suggested by renal biopsy;the liver of 1 case was not acquired due to the continuous increase of transaminase.There were 194 donor organs,including 124 kidneys,66 livers,4 hearts.Conclusion The brain dead organ donation donors caused by spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage have their own characteristics,a better outcome can be achieved through active maintenance of the donor organ.关键词
