Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of emergency management and preventive measures in children with clinical transfusion reaction.Methods 1 500 children with clinical transfusion in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were selected,and were divided into control group and observation group by admission time,750 children with clinical transfusion from January 2015 to May 2016 as control group,and 750 children with clinical transfusion from June 2016 to December 2017 as observation group.Two groups were given routine transfusion intervention,and on this basis,the observation group was given emergency management and preventive measures.The transfusion reaction and symptom remission time were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of transfusion reaction in the observation group was 0.67％,which was lower than 2.53％ in the control group (P＜0.05).The symptom remission time in the observation group was (40.27±5.98)min,which was shorter than (45.35±6.10)min in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Scientific emergency management and preventive measures can effectively decrease the incidence of transfusion reaction in children,and accelerate the remission of clinical symptoms.关键词
