Abstract
Objective To understand the causes and countermeasures of the normal issues of the Port for breast cancer patients with chemotherapy,and provide the basis for the safe and effective use of the Port.Methods 104 Port-implanted patients of our department from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected,researched the normal issue of the Port with the percentage of statistical methods.Result The normal issues of the 104 Portimplanted patients included withdrawing bloodless (4 cases),drug extravasation (1 case),injection flip (1 case),local infection (3 cases),skin allergy of pouch (2 cases) and so on.Conclusion The analysis of the causes and countermeasures of the normal issues of the Port make us to assess completely before,during,and after using it in strict accordance with the relevant nursing guidelines and procedures for maintenance to insure safe use.关键词
