改良早期预警评分护理模式对ICU病房患者的应用效果研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of improved early warning score nursing mode on nursing effect,adverse complications,and nursing quality of patients at ICU ward.Methods 53 ICU patients taking routine nursing intervention at our hospital from January to June,2017 were selected as a control group;and 53 ICU patients taking improved early warning score nursing mode at our hospital from July to December,2017 an observation group.The nursing effects,adverse complications,and nursing satisfaction were compared between these two groups.Results The total effective rate was 96.23％ in the observation group,and was 84.91％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).The incidences of pressure sores,lung infection,respiratory failure,shock,and consciousness change in the observation group were 3.78％,1.89％,3.78％,1.89％,and 1.89％,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The family member satisfaction to nursing care was 98.11％ in the observation group,and was 81.13％ in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Improved early warning score nursing mode for patients at ICU ward can improve the nursing effect,reduce the occurrence of adverse complications,and effectively improve the family member satisfaction to nursing care,so it is worth being generalizd.关键词
