Abstract
Objective To explore the causes and nursing countermeasures of fall of inpatients with cerebrovascular diseases at department of neurology,and improve the nursing safety.Methods The age,time,site,causes,and consequences of 60 inpatients with cerebrovascular diseases treated at the department of neurology of our hospital from January,2014 to December,2017 were retrospectively collected and analyzed.Results 70-92 years old patients were in high-risk.42 cases (70.00％) fell at the noon or midnight.51 cases (85.00％) fell at the bathroom or by the bed.47 cases (78.33％) fell after taking special drugs.24 cases (40.00％) fell when walking.38 cases (63.33％) fell when they were alone.52 cases (86.67％) got varied degrees of damage due to the falls.Conclusions Correctly assessing fall risk factors,reviewing and correcting hospital environment,strengthening nursing rounds during special period,using drugs under the guidelines and observation,and improving fall-prevention health education can effectively prevent the falls of inpatients with cerebrovascular diseases.关键词
