Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of retention enema with self-designed prescription for improving postoperative hematochezia and anal fall in patients with proctitis.Methods 92 patients proctitis treated at our hospital from January,2016 to June,2017 were selected as research objects,and divided into an observation group and a control group by random number table method,46 cases for each group.The control group were treated with routine western medicine;in addition,the observation group were given retention enema treatment with self-designed prescription.The curative effect,and TCM symptom score before and after the treatment,symptom-disappeared times,adverse reactions,patient satisfaction,and 1 year disease recurrence were compared between these two groups.Results The therapeutic efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (97.83％ vs.84.78％,P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistical differences in the score of TCM symptoms between the two groups before the treatment (P＞ 0.05).After the treatment,the score of symptoms was lower in the observation group (2.99±0.68) than in the control group (P ＜ 0.01).The times for the disappearance of abdominal pain,diarrhea,hematochezia,and anal fall were shorter in the observation group (2.11±0.31) d,(4.12±1.45) d,(2.66±0.56) d,(2.99±0.48) d than in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05).The treatment satisfaction rate was higher and the one-year recurrence rate was lower in the observation group than in the control group (97.83％ vs.82.61％ and 0.00％ vs.8.70％),with statistical differences (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Retention enema with selfdesigned prescription for proctitis is effective and safe and has good effect on hematochezia,anal fall,etc.,few adverse reactions,high satisfaction,and low recurrence rate,so it is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
