Abstract
Objective o investigate the effect of humanity nursing based on hierarchy of needs theory on VAS score and nursing satisfaction of patients with facial atrophic acne scar after operation. Methods 54 patients with facial acne scars from March 2015 to March 2017 were divided into 2 groups according to the order of admission, each with 27 cases. All patients were treated with CO2 laser lattice light. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received humanity nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. After nursing, the VAS scores, nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results Before intervention, there was insignificant difference in VAS score between the two groups( P >0.05). After the intervention, the VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the nursing satisfaction was 96.30% (26/27), higher than that of the control group 70.37% (19/27), and the complication rate of the observation group was 3.70% (1/27), lower than that of the control group (29.63%) (8/27)( P <0.05). Conclusion Humanity nursing based on hierarchy of needs theory in patients with facial atrophic acne scar after operation can reduce pain degree, improve nursing satisfaction and reduce complication rate after operation.关键词
