急诊急性缺血性脑卒中绿色通道的改进对静脉溶栓率的影响
Effect of improvement of emergency green channel for acute ischemic stroke on thrombolytic rate

Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of improvement of emergency green channel for acute ischemic stroke (AIS) on thrombolytic rate. Methods From July 2015 to June 2017, 82 AIS patients were registered in the first people's hospital of Huizhou through stroke green channel, 40 patients before the improvement of green channel from July 2015 to June 2016 as control group, 42 patients after the improvement of green channel from July 2016 to June 2017 as improved group. We recorded the door to needle time (DNT), intravenous thrombolytic rate, and NIHSS score before and after rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis of the two groups. Results In the improved group, DNT was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the intravenous thrombolytic rate was 66.6％, higher than that in the control group (37.5％) (P<0.05). The NIHSS score of the improved group was lower after rt-PA intravenous thrombolysis (P<0.05). Conclusion The improvement of green channel in emergency can shorten DNT, raise the intravenous thrombolytic rate, and improve the prognosis in thrombolytic patients with AIS.关键词
