Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of electrical stimulation combined with hemiplegia limb training on limb movement function of cerebral infarction hemiplegia. Methods 60 patients with hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction admitted to our department from December 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 30 cases in each group. The two groups showed no significant differences in age, gender, education level, muscle strength, and self-care ability in life, which were comparable. The two groups of patients received the same treatment and care methods, and the experimental group received electrical stimulation therapy on the basis. FMA motor function scale was used to evaluate the recovery of limb motor function of hemiplegia before and after treatment. Results Thirty patients in the experimental group showed significant improvement in limb movement function of hemiplegia after undergoing 42 times of neuromuscular electrical stimulation treatment compared with 30 patients in the control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the experimental group was 83.33%, significantly higher than that in the control group (50.00%), with statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Electrical stimulation combined with limb training of hemiplegia can improve the limb movement function of hemiplegia caused by cerebral infarction, improve the self-care ability of patients and the quality of life.关键词
