摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of donepezil combined with nimodipine on cognitive function and oxidative stress in senile dementia patients. Methods 86 patients with Alzheimer's disease who were treated at our hospital from February, 2016 to February, 2018 were divided into a control group and an observation groupusing random number method, 43 cases for each group. The control group was treated with routine symptomatic support therapy and donepezil hydrochloride; in addition, the observation group was treated with nimodipine. The cognitive function, daily life self-care ability, dementia degree, oxidative stress reaction, and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment. Results After treatment, the scores of MMSE, ADL, and CDR were (24.16±2.11), (88.35±6.78), and (0.71±0.34)in the observation group, which were better than those in the control group (all P < 0.05). The level of MDA and SOD were (6.15±1.22)mmol/L and (104.85±10.74)nU/L in the observation group, with were better than those in the control group (both P < 0.05). There was no statitical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P > 0.05). Conclusions Donepezil combined with nimodipine for patients with Alzheimer's disease can effectively improve their cognitive function, oxidative stress, self-care ability, and quality of life.关键词
