摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of pre-hospital quality emergency nursing for patients with severe craniocerebral trauma. Methods Fifty-six patients with severe craniocerebral trauma admitted into our center from March, 2017 to March, 2018 were included in the study. They were divided into a control group and an experimental group according to single number and double number, 28 cases for each group. The experimental group took high-quality pre-hospital emergency care intervention, and the control group routine nursing intervention. The pre-hospital emergency time, the pre-operative waiting time, and the first-aid effect were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction, the pre-hospital first aid time, and pre-operative waiting time were 96.42%, (8.25±2.32)min, and (11.04±2.52)min in the experimental group, and were 71.43%, (15.26±6.33)min, and (20.82±5.03)min in the control group, with statistical differences (all P< 0.05). Conclusion Pre-hospital quality emergency nursing intervention for patients with severe craniocerebral trauma can comprehensively improve the patients' nursing satisfaction, shorten the pre-hospital first aid time and pre-operative waiting time, and improve the first aid effect, so it is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
