Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of QCC activity in improving the knowledge awareness rate of arteriovenous fistula in patients taking hemodialysis. Methods Duo to the problem of low awareness rate of arteriovenous fistula knowledge in patients taking hemodialysis, QCC activity was set up, the primary factors were analyzed, and the countermeasures were formulated and put into effect. The awareness rates of arteriovenous fistula knowledge in patients taking hemodialysis before and after implementation were compared. Results The awareness rate of hemodialysis patients' arteriovenous fistula knowledge increased from 35.3％ before the implementation to 87.2％ after. And the scores of all knowledge points had been improved. Conclusion On the one hand, QCC activity can strengthen the self-observation, use points, functional exercise, and knowledge of complications of hemodialysis patients. On the other hand, QCC activity can improve the comprehensive ability of QCC members and the quality of clinical services.关键词
