miR-9和miR-34c在老年痴呆患者血清中的表达及临床意义
Expressions and clinical ssignificances of MiR-9 and MiR-34c in patients with Alzheimer's disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of miR-9 and miR-34c in serum of patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD),and to analyze their diagnostic value. Methods 73 patients with Alzheimer's disease treated in our hospi-tal,were selected as the subjects,at the same time,70 cases healthy examiner were selected as the normal group. The levels of serum miR-9 and miR-34c were detected by RT-qPCR in all the subjects,and the serum indexes of the two groups were compared,the sensitivity and specificity of the diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease were observed. Results Compared with the normal group,there were significant differences in the of serum HDL-C,LDL-C,Hcy,ANP levels and MMSE score in Alzhe-imer's disease (P<0. 05). The level of serum miR-9 in Alzheimer's disease patients was significantly decreased (P<0. 01),and miR-34c was significantly increased (P<0. 01). The serum miR-9 was negatively correlated with LDL-C and Hcy levels in patients with Alzheimer's disease,and positively correlated with HDL-C,ANP levels and MMSE scores. The serum miR-34c was positively correlated with serum LDL-C and Hcy levels. HDL-C,ANP levels,and MMSE scores were all negatively correlated. The results of ROC analysis showed that the AUC area of miR-9 and miR-34c was 0. 811 and 0. 819 respectively,and the sensitivity was 89. 58% and 91. 67% respectively,and the specificity was 80. 00% and 71. 11% re-spectively,and the truncated values was 0. 87 and 1. 14 respectively. Conclusion The expression of miR-9 in the patients with Alzheimer's disease is down-regulated,and the expression of miR-34c is up-regulated,the abnormal expression of the two is related to the occurrence and development of Alzheimer's disease,which can be used as an important indicator of clinical diagnosis and monitoring of the disease.关键词
