摘要
Abstract
High voltage electrostatic precipitator has the characteristics of complex mathematical model,easy flashover. The traditional control strategy is unsatisfactory in control effect. Established on the basis of the analysis of several common control strategies,a current hysteresis controller which did not depend on accurate mathematical model was proposed in complicated operating conditions. There was a relationship of mathematical model between hysteresis-band and electrical signals of electrostatic precipitator,hysteresis-band could be adaptively changed according to different conditions instead of the traditional fixed band,theoretical analysis results showed that this controller can be better to meet the demands in flashover and anti corona conditions with the adaptive control method. PSIM simulation and engineering test results show that electrostatic precipitator using this controller can enhance the charging capacity of dust particles fully,and enhance the average corona power and efficiency markedly.关键词
