摘要

Abstract

The conventional downhole gas drill needs to start and stop frequently in the drilling process to connect the drill pipe, this kind of frequent start and stop will cause the coal hole wall not easy to form, damage and loss of drill pipe and other situations. In view of this situation, a new front power head (gripper) device without stopping and continuous connection of drill pipe is proposed to solve the above problems. Based on the detailed introduction of the device, the mechanical performance of the whole mechanism is analyzed by means of ANSYS, and the fatigue life of the drill pipe clamp column is discussed. The results show that the overall static strength of the mechanism meets the requirements.
