摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the friction problem during slide drilling of directional well, a new type of drilling speed magnetic actuator design method based on radial vibration is proposed. Through theoretical analysis and finite element software ABAQUS, the modal analysis of the bellows vibrator of key components was carried out, the theoretical value of the radial vibration frequency of the vibrator was 36.29 Hz and the simulation value was 38 Hz, both were similar and within the working range of 25 Hz to 40 Hz, which proved that the structural design meets the requirements; transient analysis of the vibrator shows that the vibrator can generate resonance under periodic radial loads, the feasibility of the design is proved.
