摘要

Abstract

The marine meteorology presentation system based on the global navigation shows the marine ,meteorological envi?ronment by using the animated animation algorithm. It can help the crew to avoid the dangerous weather on the voyage. The data source of the marine meteorological presentation system comes from the global forecast system data of the National Environmental Prediction Center of the United States. The meteorological monitoring data center,which is issued by the International Meteorologi?cal Organization standard document format grib2,which is released to the world every six hours. The paper outlines the system archi?tecture of the marine meteorology presentation system,designs the workflow of the presentation system,analyses the data format of grib2,analyzes and designs the algorithm of meteorological elements rendering and vector animation,and finally completes the design.
