Abstract
In this paper,an improved testability modeling method is proposed,which is based on the problem that the exist?ing testability modeling process based on discrete event systems is cumbersome. Firstly,the pros and cons of the testability model?ing method for the digital-analog hybrid circuit are analyzed. Then the correlation model is used to introduce the fault and test corre?lation matrix into the test model based on DES,and the test modeling strategies based on improved DES for chip-level and board-level circuit is established. Finally,two modeling examples show the specific modeling steps. The example analysis results show that this method can effectively eliminate the problem of high computational complexity and complex modeling process in the testability modeling method based on discrete event system.关键词
