摘要

Abstract

In order to resolve the problem of 1mV~10mV DCV retrace,a calibration method which uses a constant current source,a standard sample resistor and a DCV voltage meter is proposed. The calibration was based on ohm's law,a 5720A is used as the current source,the 742A are used as sample resistors,a 8508A is used as the voltage meter,the way to eliminate the effect of influence quantities is given. A 8508A is calibrated,the uncertainties on 1mV and 10mV are evaluated,according to the compari?son with results from voltage divider method and uncertainties transfer comparison validation,the sample resistor method is proved to be feasible and accurate and can fulfill the calibration requirement of 1mV~10mV DCV.
