Abstract
TRL calibration is a very precise way of calibrating,it is especially applicable to the accurate test of the microwave device's S parameters of non-standard interfaces. This paper discusses the TRL calibration technique,the theoretical model of TRL calibration technique is analyzed,the requirement and consideration of designing TRL calibration are discussed,the TRL calibra?tion technique is introduced comprehensively.关键词
