摘要
Abstract
Mouse controller is a kind of IC widely used. Taking EM84510 chip for example,the structure and usage of mouse controller are analyzed,the testing technology of mouse controller based on J750Ex IC automatic testing system is studied. Through analyzing the flags and jumping codes of J750Ex testing system,a method of pattern matching is promoted and given in detail. To solve the problem of long test time,by making the best use of the IO pins of the chip and testing channels of the testing system,us?ing an external resistor to oscillate or an external clock produced by ATE to drive,EM84510 is tested on a specially designed testing adapter,the testing coverage is guaranteed and testing cost is lowered.关键词
