摘要
Abstract
The incidence of femoral intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly is increasing year by year.At present, the basic treatment principle of this disease is that unless there are contraindications, surgical treatment should be adopted to enable the patients to carry weight early and reduce the occurrence of bed rest complications.Traditional dynamic hip screw (DHS) had long been considered the "gold standard" of treatment for femur fracture between rotors, but in recent years the rapid development of internal fixation materials and surgical technique, minimally invasive pulp external fixation (percutaneous compression plate,PCCP) and minimally invasive intramedullary fixation [Gamma nail, porximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA) and combined tension interlocking intramedullary nails (InterTan)] show their superiority. Some scholars have applied hollow and perforated spiral knife to inject bone cement on the basis of PFNA to strengthen the fixation stability and to improve the treatment effect of osteoporotic intertrochanteric fracture of femur. The medical and economic levels of different regions in China vary greatly. Therefore, individualized treatment plans should be formulated according to the fracture type, osteoporosis degree, and surgeon's technical level as well as the patient's age, systemic conditions, and economic status.关键词
