摘要

Abstract

Oxygen therapy is the main measure for clinical treatment of critically ill patients.However,long-term oxygen therapy with high concentration can cause lung injury.The mechanism of hyperoxia-induced lung injury is complicated,and the specific mechanism is not clear.Recent studies have found that lung tissue can fight against lung injury caused by high oxygen content in a variety of ways.The protective mechanism of lung injury is reviewed in this paper.
