全口义齿重度磨耗对脑血流动力学影响的研究
Effect of severe attrition of complete denture on cerebral blood flow
摘要
Abstract
Objective To ivestigate the influence of low masticatory function caused by severe attrition on cerebral blood flow in patients with complete denture,and to provide theoretical basis for clinical patients to replace old denture timely.Methods 23 patients with low masticatory function caused by severe attrition of complete denture were selected.The peak systolic velocity,end-diastolic peak flow velocity,and the average peak-flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery of the patients with old and new dentures were detected by transcranial color Doppler ultrasonography before and 10 minutes after chewing.Before-after self-control study was designed.And SPSS 16.0 software package was used to analyze the data with independent samples test and multiple comparisons and analysis of variance.Results The blood flow velocity was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group 10 minutes after chewing.Conclusion If the patients wear complete denture of severe attrition,their cerebral blood flow velocity is low,so the old denture should be replaced timely.关键词
