Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Solitaire stent thrombectomy for patients with acute ischemic stroke and its effect on serum inflammatory markers. Methods 68 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were treated from March,2016 to June,2018 were randomly divided into a control group (n=34) and an observation group (n=34).The control group were treated with microcatheter mechanical thrombectomy, and the observation group with Solitaire stent thrombectomy. Both groups were followed up for 3 months after operation. The scores of NIHSS,modified Rankin stroke scale (MRS),and ADL as well as the serum inflammatory factor levels and vascular recanalization rate were compared between these two groups. Results 3 months after operation, the NHISS score and the levels of IL-6,NSE,TNF-a,and hs-CRP were lower and the scores of MRS and ADL were higher in the observation group than in the control group (all P < 0.05).There were no statistical differences in the vascular recanalization rates between the two groups 2 and 3 months after the treatment (both P > 0.05),but was 1 month after (P < 0.05).Conclusions The application of Solitaire stenting in acute ischemic stroke can reduce nerve injury and the levels of serum inflammatory markers and improve the ability of daily living and vascular recanalization rate,so it is worth being generalized.关键词
