摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical nursing methods of repairing skin defect with vascular pedicled skin flap.Methods 88 cases of skin defect repaired by vascular pedicled flap transplantation were divided into a control group and an intervention group,44 cases for each group.The control group were routinely cared,and the intervention group were given comprehensive nursing intervention.Results The survival rate of skin flap in the intervention group was 97.73％,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (81.82％,P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the intervention group was 4.55％,which was significantly lower than that in the control group (18.18％,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively ensure the operation effect of flap transplantation,improve the flap survival rate,and reduce complications.关键词
